And even bouldering can be regarded as part of rock climbing, even though not everyone may agree.

Rock climbing is a multifaceted sport that involves things like overcoming your fear of heights,  understanding your climbing gear well, learning how to belay, working on your strength, technique and perhaps most importantly your mindset.
